Monitoring Address Book Next Number thru CFR11 - A0002

We have a production issue the address book number is jumping and need to monitor how the F0002 NNSY = 01 NNN001 Address Book Next Number get updated.

We would like to check:

  1. What is the system performance impact if we turn on CFR11 for F0002 only?
  2. How to interpretation the A0002 since F0002 does not have auditing field and how to monitor address book next number only.
  3. How to turn on CFR11 for just 1 file ? Do we need to install ESUs?
