Getting error message when running frmsal.jar

Getting below error message:
Downloading archive file /isus_entw/java/COREimages.jar to cache subdirectory 9x10k3drrtyfy6yz0uxgtuo9z
FRM-92290: HTTP response code 404--Not Found received when attempting to download archive file
FRM-92491: Unable to fetch archive file from server.

Please help!!
