ACME 1100 SBC not fully booting up

There was a failed upgrade to the ACME 1100 SBC. When I log onto the serial port I can only get as far as the grub command and no further. The upgrade was from SCz8.4.0 patch 10.

What is the process from the grub command to reinstall the software SCz8.4.0 patch 10?
