Calculating Schedule ship date based on ship from, ship to, ship method and request delivery date

Hello All,

We are using EBS 12.2.10 on prem and OTM Cloud and using Azure Integration Services (AIS). Currently our customer care team uses an excel sheet that gives them the transit time based on ship from, ship to, ship method code and customer request date (delivery date at customer location). This takes a while for them and book the order. They are looking for a better way to get the schedule ship date.

Our cloud OTM has carriers, transit times and the freight rates. Just wondering if we can use OTM to get the schedule ship date. Preferably when customer care entering the SO by sending ship from, ship to, ship method and request date.
