ASM DISKS

I am building a new Oracle 19 RAC two cluster on VM servers. I am running gridsetup. I am not able to see the disks during ASM Disk Goup setup

Oracle says the devices should be owned by oracle or grid. So, I'm not sure what user to have own the devices.

Also, i am not sure how to prepare the devices I see references to run 'dd if' and other say to fdisk the devices?

Can someone give me some examples of commands to run?

Below are the devices that have been shared on both nodes

[oracle@rac01 ~]$ find /dev/disk/by-id -name "
