Employee Self Service Careers Page - what displays for open jobs

On the Employee Self Service - Careers page, are we able to add the "Remove Date" for an open job posting along with the Job ID, Location, Department, Job Function and Posted Date? The remove date would be derived from the Details/Job Posting page for each particular job posting.

Can this be done thru delivered functionality or would this be considered a customization?
