Delay in displaying the supplies data (Requisitions/POs) on Planner workbench

Hi,
We have ASCP Data Collections scheduled daily overnight at 23:59 EST and completes around 2:30AM EST. After that Launch Supply Chain Plan programs runs on scheduled basis and it completes around 4:00AM EST.

Expectation is that -- supply/demand details collected by ASCP should be displayed on the Planner workbench when Planner logs into Oracle the same day at 8AM EST, but we are experiencing a strange issue that the supply details like POs/REQs created the day before are collected and can be seen from Collections Workbench but the same details are not able to view from Planner workbench which is causing a lot of confusion for our Planners, but the same details can be seen the next day from Planner workbench.
