Handshake Failed error for Windows server from Linux gateway srv

in Database Backup and Recovery (MOSC) Question

Hello Team,

We ar getting "handshake failed" error via srvrmgr for our Windows server.

Siebel enterprise has 12 servers, all on Linux except 1 windows server.

Change: Linux servers are upgraded from OEL6 to OEL8 this weekend post that we are seeing this issue. No change on Winodws server.

Error in srvrmgr.log

SessMgr ConnOpen 3 00000002664b2ba3:0 2024-05-20 12:12:19 [SMCONN] Hello handshake to (siebel://c9323mxxx:49190/ngs_p_e_01/servermgr/c9323mxxx) failed in 60 secs

Attaching complete log.

Any suggestion is most welcome.
