Oracle DRM: 500 - Internal Server Error

Hi Champions,

We have our Oracle DRM application 11.2.15 installed on Windows 2022 server.

The application is working fine. But when we do the stress testing, ie by creating multiple sessions with Anonymous User URL, we are getting 500 - Internal server Error. Mostly this issue is observed while using Anonymous User URL and few times general users are also facing this issue. There is an ongoing SR with Oracle regarding the same.

Any help on this will be much appreciated.

I have tried the below solutions from Oracle, but nothing seems to be helping.
