APEX 22.2 on ORDS ends in "500 Internal Server Error"

Oracle APEX version 22.2 on ORDS,

We are still getting above error even after "grant inherit privileges on user sys to APEX_220200; " as guided in apex_authentication.logout Causes 500 Internal Server Error (Doc ID 2832167.1)

Now the question we have are,

  • Is there way to turn on logging when using ORDS? Or, how to view the log to determine the cause of error above?
  • Otherwise, does above KM document apply only to WLS application server?
