What is the default burst rate window in sipd statistics?

Hi.

Do you know what rate window is applied for "Max Burst" statistics in "show sipd agents" output? Considering that session-agents have no constraints enabled, I suppose that system applies some default burst rate window, presumably 1 sec. in this case.
