Can we use the VB.NET dll to be called in our Oracle Apex Application?

We are currently using 19c database and the latest version of Oracle Apex and ORDS.

We will try to integrate our application to a dotnet program and they provided us a VB.NET dll to be used by our apex application.

What we see in forums are for DLL from C and haven't seen a clear answer related to vb.net.

Appreciate the answer.
