Non PO vouchers do not have void flag updated in F75I807. Is it standard functionality?

One of our client tried to void a standard voucher without PO and the void flag is not updated in F75I807 table but it updates only F0411 Void flag. Is this the standard functionality? Please explain the process as I am unable to find document for the same.
