New ER to Manage Load Balancing for Specific Siebel Servers

Based on the current IP17+ architecture, the Siebel Gateway handles the task of balancing the load of application object manager (AOM) requests. This involves directing requests to the targeted component on any available server within the Siebel Enterprise. However, it is currently not possible to specify a subset of Siebel servers to be considered during the load-balancing process. This new KM document provides information about a new enhancement request (ER) to request the functionality. Doc ID 3011331.1.
