Item not visible in Org item even though it shows as assigned in database

Hi,

We have an item which is created in Master Org and assigned to 2 Child Orgs(Child Org1, Child Org2). In front end, i can see the item assigned successfully to both Child Orgs and when i try to query and find the item, it doesnot show up in Child Org1 but does showup in Child Org2.

Even in database also, i can see the assignment to both Child Orgs but not sure why i can't query from front end (from both Master Items form & Org Items form), not sure what's the issue. Anyone encountered similar issue? please provide inputs, thank you.
