Copy Equipment Parts List (P13017 W13017D) not working

When I try to copy an Equipment Parts List using W13017D from one Equipment Number to another, I get this initial screen, which looks fine.

But when I enter an Equipment Number then hit the Green Checkmark, the screen goes away. I would think there needs to be a "Copy From" Equipment Number and a "Copy To" Equipment Number for this to work like I think it should. I don't see anything in the processing options to change this… so I thought I would as the community. Thanks.
