Smart View 23.200 Options Resetting After PC Restart

Hello,

I have a number of users reporting that any default options changed in the Smart View options panel revert back to the defaults after a PC restart. I am experiencing this myself as well. For example, the default formatting is resetting back to "Use Cell Styles" from "Use Excel Formatting" after the PC restart. Any options changes do stick throughout the day, but the reset the next day after starting up my PC.

Some background, we are on Office 365, Smart View version 23.200, and our Hyperion services are entirely On-Prem (not Cloud.) We are experiencing this behavior for adhocs against all apps (HFM, Planning, ASO/BSO Essbase.) I've searched the MOSC Knowledge base and reviewed all recent SmartView Read Me's but haven't found this to be a known issue.
