How do you backup a 19c RAC DB Grid home and how would you restore it ?

Before patching I wish to backup the Grid home in case of any major issues…

Can anyone tell me what steps I need to do to backup a RAC Grid Home ?

Also what steps do you need to perform to restore a Grid Home backup ?
