odacli configure-firstnet issue on X9-2L reimaged with 19.22

Hi,

I'm trying to setup a new X9-2L appliance. It shipped with 19.16 release ( it's been in storage over a year) so I decided to reimage with the 19.22 ISO.

The reimage worked fine however when I come to run the configure-firstnet I have a problem.

It raised following error :

ERROR: No public network interface found on the system

I found following MOS note that looked in the ballpark :

Network not working on ODA X9-2 systems using Mellanox Dual Port SFP28 CX5 25Gb Ethernet Adapter with firmware 16.29.1436 (Doc ID 2910654.1)

So, I manually patched it to 16.35.3006 (the version present on 19.22) and I can see the network card is OK. However configure-firstnet just hangs for a while and then bombs out as it
