Uploading Projects, Activities and Budget Detail

Confused about the threes differing documents regarding this topic. I was able to load Projects, Activities and Budgets to Project Costing using the CI's PROJECT_GENERAL_CI,
PROJECT_ACTIVITY, PC_BUD_GENERAL_CI and PC_BUD_DETAIL_CI component
interfaces, apparently successfully. BUT document "Is There a Functionality To
Load Projects and Activities From a Project Template Using ExcelToCI ( Doc ID 2769540.1 )" says there is no CI to load those and "How to Upload Activity Data into Project Costing Using a Component Interface ( Doc ID 966713.1 )" says to use PROJECT_INTFC_ACT and Third Party Integration.

PeopleBooks does not list ANY of those interfaces.
