Cycle Count not populating in enter/review cycle count screen

9.2.7.2 We are trying to do a cycle count on an item using the Select Items to Count screen, but after running that it does not show up in the Enter/Review cycle count screen. Data selection and processing options seem to be fine. What could be triggering the new cycle count not to show? I saw a document in oracle support that shows to cancel the cycle count, but there was no cycle count that was created.
