ePerformance Due Date Notifications

Hello, we are currently in HCM 9.2, image 47, PT 8.59.22, classic ePerformance. We will be upgrading in approximately 2 weeks to image 48, PT 8.60.13. Implementing fluid ePerformance is on our radar but for now we're staying with classic.

We have managers who are receiving the Courtesy, Warning, and Critical reminders for ePerformance on documents that are in a status of Complete. The docs were complete before the final due date. Can anyone tell me why these notifications are being sent for documents that are complete? Thank you.
