Error during the April 2024 Patch No. 36209493: deployment

in Database Install/Upgrade/Opatch (MOSC)

Hello everyone!
We were applying the April 2024 patch and we have got some strange issue. the prerequisites checks were successful but we got the below error during the opatchauto command.

Oracle Database Version: 19.22

OS : Red Hat Linux 7.9

Patch: Patch 36233126 - GI Release Update 19.23.0.0.240416

Database Release 19.22.0.0

Env: standby RAC one node

DB Unique name: ******

Instance name: ******

Problem:

Patch has been failed after successful pre requests for patch applying on standby rac one node.

Details are

Patch applying from root user using grid home as per instruction mention in the Read me file .

export GRID_HOME=/u01/app/19.3.0.0/grid/

export PATH=$GRID_HOME/OPatch:$PATH
