Where Can I Find Good Documentation on Oracle Procurement Contracts Cloud Module?

Hello,

I am wondering where strong documentation would be for the Oracle Procurement Contracts Cloud module? Also, would like to be able to read more on the "Enterprise Contracts" module.
I have spent some time trying to find more information on these, but have surprisingly struggled to find anything worthwhile.

What are the differences between Procurement Contracts and Enterprise Contracts Module? Do I need to implement both? We are less interested in a Contract creator template, it is the tying between a contract and suppliers that matters.

For us to consider these modules, Can I apply a Contract to any combination of Suppliers and its Sites? (i.e. One Supplier may have a Contract covering all its sites, another Supplier may have 5 distinct contracts for each site.)
