Can Orchestrator Be Used to call a Punchout

Ideally, we would like to add a button (PUNCHOUT) to the Requisition Entry application. This button would call the Grainger Punchout application. Users would a add items, qty, etc to there shopping cart and that would be returned to JDE. Can Orchestrator be used to add a URL call to the 'Punchout' button?
