create-prepatchreport fails with RPGH-1171 X8

in Oracle Database Appliance (ODA) (MOSC) 3 commentsAnswered

While patching my X8-HA to 19.22 from 19.21 I had a DB fail to update. I reran the patch and all the rest of the DBs in the home were updated and moved to the new 19.22 home. Now when I run create-prepatchreport I get the following error:

Evaluate DBHome patching with RHP Failed

failed to run the patch precheck with
Oracle FPP for Oracle home ID
xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
Internal error encountered: PRGH-1171
: Move or Upgrade operation is
already in progress for home
"/u01/app/odaorahome/oracle/product/
19.0.0.0/dbhome_1" associated with
destination home
"/u01/app/odaorahome/oracle/product/
19.0.0.0/dbhome_2".

Is there a quick fix for this or do I need to submit an SR?
