Customer contact detail not showing while i am searching clicking for particular customer contact

in Order Management - EBS (MOSC) 1 commentAnswered

In KI Order management form >Sales order>Orders/Returns . . go for create order , searching for Customer contact , but contcat person name not showing . even Customer name is already updated in customer master. I have attached screen print as well. Kindly suggest
