Automated Safety Stock Population (R3425)'s Buyer Guide Formula Not Correct

I am looking at R3425 and using the Buyer's Guide Formula. This formulas is:

Square Root of [(Annual Sales/Number of Days In Year) x Lead Time Days]

I am testing with item 210 in branch M30. The Number of Days In Year for M30 is set to 260. The Lead Time Days is 15 (on the item/branch Plant Manufacturing; since the item does not have a primary supplier, this should be the value used.

I entered a total of 10,000 PL of sales orders and processed them through R42800 to ensure F4115 had sales quantity to pull for Annual Sales. Converting to the primary UOM, that is 1,000 EA of sales.
