Multiple Housings from a single blank

Hi,

We have a business scenario as listed below-

Client buys raw housings in bulk from a vendor and store them at a different vendor location. This vendor does the outside processing on those raw housings and turn them into finished goods and send them back to client.

Now the challenge is that a single raw housing can be machined / cut into different sizes based on requirement. So a single raw housing can produce 2 different finished housing of say 20 inch and 26 inch. If we do two different work orders for the finished housing then how can we issue a single raw housing (that was used to make these finished housings) to two different work orders.
