Gettinng Error for Invalid Project while loading data for Timesheet in EBS

Hi Team,

Can anyone help me with this error.

I am trying to Load the time-sheet using API but each time i am getting Invalid
Project error. Already checked for details Closed dates and its empty also checked for completion date which is in Future.

Please note that I can fill the time sheet with Same Project Code from Front-end

Note : I am using Project ID in Create Attribute.

Product Name - Oracle EBS v 12.2.10
