EBS HA Failover and Resume Behavior

Our team recently implemented EBS High Availability (HA) according to the following Oracle documentation:

Sharing The Application Tier File System in Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12.2 (Doc ID 1375769.1).

We'd like to know is there any Oracle doc. explain the exact HA behavior for us to understand the EBS HA design and the exact behavior during different fail-over scenarios

For example, if the primary application server had a sudden power outage or network disconnect, then resumes service after 30 minutes:

  • What will users experience during this time? Eg. how does it handle the current process, user login session etc.
  • Will there be any disruption or user interruption during the HA process?
