Table link between hz_relationships and hz_cust_account_roles

Dear Experts,

Please guide me on the table link between hz_relationships and hz_cust_account_roles.
We are using Oracle EBS 12.2.8

Currently we are using party_id column to link both these tables, but getting too many duplicate records. Is any other column to be considered to avoid duplicate records?
