Negative percentage & more than 100% distribution line

We have to book interest given by bank periodically. If bank credits 100 as interest, we got net 85 and will be charged 15 as tax.100 is booked as income and 15 is booked as tax payment. So our distribution set will bee 117.647% as revenue and minus 17.647% as advance. But to assign +117.647% and -17.647% .system restrict for only 0 to 100% entry. Please help to resolve this issue.
