How can we change the status of the purchase requisition created by ASCP released planned orders?

Hope this post find everyone OK! Let me see if you can help me with this problem…

A customer has an option configured for creating a purchase requition each time he make a release on the workbench of ASCP. If he change quantities previously of making the release, the purchase requition is created in two different statuses.

If new quantities are more than original ones, the purchase requisition created in "release" status after concurrent finished

If new quantities are less than original ones, the purchase requision create in "unreleased" status after concurrent finished

I want to know if there is a way of changing this, so I can decide the status of creation of the purchase requisition independently the new quantities charged are lower or higher
