Upgrade openssh version from 7.4p1 to 8.9/8.9pl on RHEL7.9

Guys

Currently our servers have OS is on RHEL 7.9 and running OpenSSH_7.4p1, OpenSSL 1.0.2k-fips 26 Jan 2017.(The latest we got when updating through yum update)

I dont see any other updated packages for this version.

The have been requested to upgrade openssh version from 7.4p1 to 8.9/8.9pl.

Will it be supported on RHEL 7.9
