JDE1:34 Lot effective days calculation in P3411 & P4310

Lot effective days calculation in P3411 & P4310 are discrepent when Promised delivery date is on Friday. For example PO No. 123TEST is created with promised delivery date 13SEPT 2024, Effective days leadtime is 12 in Item branch and P4310 calculates the PO effective days as 25SEPT2024. However MRP gives a O message , P3411, next day with the same promised delivery date however recalculating the PO effective days as 27SEPT2024.

In JDE for Purchase orders we consider the Calendar days. Is there a setup where if the promised delivery date is on the friday, the P3411 would count the effective days only from the following monday. Multiple cases like this are observed. Both in 9.1 & 9.2. Anyone has any ideas?
