Total Rewards Statement Extract vs Group Build

We are attempting to create rewards statements for a select group of employees, and have used the group build criteria to identify them. When we produce the statements I would expect that only the employees that meet all of the criteria on the day the statements are produced will receive a statement. However, when the extract process runs it captures everyone that met the group build criteria within the statement date range (from/thru dates). This means that employees who no longer qualify to receive a statement because they are no longer part of the group build are still
