Where do I find the field the Cost Sheet column is using to calculate the sum of all rows?

BP: Cost Sheet
I am wanting to change the column that this cost sheet column is using to sum. Currently, it is using the Total Earned Less Retainage column from our Payment Applications to Owner BP. I want to change it to sum on the Work Complete To Date column, but I don't see where that can be changed. Any help would be appreciated, thanks!
