Online query for expired comp time

PeopleSoft V9.2 / People Tools 8.59.15 / PUM Image 45, but in process of moving to R10 People Tools 8.60.11 / PUM Image 48

I'm trying to build an online query for expired comp time for employees by union code, but I'm struggling. I know we can build a report to do it, but an online query would be preferable. Any ideas on the best way to do it?
