In P4812, for a billing record created by R1732, system is not allowing to make any modifications

In P4812, for a billing record created by R1732, system is not allowing to make any modifications, throwing error "Row Exit is not allowed". Cause- This row exit is not allowed on Service/Warranty records or Re-burdening Adjustment records.

The intention is to make change in billing amount or use eligibility code field modified to value =3 or update hold code, so accordingly Invoice generation (R48121) can use this modified amount for creating AR records in F03B11.
