Custom xquery functions not migrated.

We are attempting to upgrade our OSB from WebLogic 12.2.1.3 to 12.2.1.4. The migration has been successful, apart from the custom xquery functions, which have not been migrated. Is there any special steps that are required for the custom xquery functions to be brought forward?
