Can I use GL_WF_CUSTOMIZATION_PKG to require approval on STAT JEs?

User wants all journals to go through approval process. Currently batches with only STAT JEs do not require approval. Can I modify the customizable procedure does_je_need_approval to require approval on STAT JEs?
