Big issue after restart oda x9-ha

Hello,
our configuration : oda X9-HA 19.21
We have restarted our oda and now :

  • asm instance starts in node 0, crashes, starts in node 1, crashes and so on (loop)
  • in alert_asm log : ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [kfdp_isPstDskIdeal:tgt], [1], [2], [1], [1], [255], [], [], [], [], [], []
    GMON (ospid: 20766): terminating the instance due to ORA error 493
  • crsctl check crs =>
    CRS-4638: Oracle High Availability Services is online
    CRS-4535: Cannot communicate with Cluster Ready Services
    CRS-4529: Cluster Synchronization Services is online
    CRS-4533: Event Manager is online
  • odaadmcli show disk => Unable to connect to oakd
    in /opt/oracle/oak/diag/crs/localhost/crs/incident/incdir_33/oakd_i33.trc :
    2024-02-29 22:58:14.033 : ADAPTER:4110122880: [ INFO]
