Extended Lease contract term but can not add in more payment

Following Doc ID 2692010. to extend the lease contract as below but can not access the new form to modify payment tab. Did anyone have the same issue?

Payment term can be amended via the Lease Amend functionality.

In Property Manager Responsibility

(M) Equipment Menu>Equipment Lease
1 Query applicable lease
2 Select AMEND LEASE
3 Provide Amend Details and click APPLY
4 In new form go to PAYMENT tab and add or modify payment terms as needed then SAVE
