How can I add tasks to an employee?

Hello all,

In XStore v23, we are trying to create tasks for an employee. When trying to save, it says that you are not a valid user for Relate but the user have access to ORCE.

Do you know what could be happening? Should any additional permissions be assigned in XStore?
