Dashboard problem in search field

See below image. I have a problem with my dashboard. In the Technical Service Requests area. The search field on the right between "Severity" Pulldown field and "Advanced" pulldown field. I accidently put a SR # in this search box. No matter what I do I cant delete it. It always comes back and doesnt allow my view of the open SR's to appear until I manually delete it every time I log in. How to get rid of this entry
