Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. I have a blackout stuck in status "Start Processing". It cannot be stopped via the web page.

./emcli stop_blackout -name="<name>" -createdby="<user name>"

Returns: Error: The start of the blackout is currently being processed

Any idea how this blackoutck as it is, can ben removed?
