Need assistance to create a form personalization for the org items DFF fields

Organizational Items Form - DFF

We are trying to setup a personalization so the DFF fields to be read only. I have attempted to put in the condition of when the item status code is active, the dff fields can't be updated.

Unfortunately, this method is not working as I'd anticipate it to.
