JDE Service Management - Does Oracle Supports Digital Signature on JDE PDF Outputs?

Hi Team,

We have a requirement from client that they need to get their customer signature digitally on JDE PDF Outputs or Customized PDF output generated from JDE, please let me know how can we meet this requirement?

Scenario:

I will create Service Order for this Field Service (P48201) and Invoice (R48121) to Customer

Service Technician goes to customer service location and once service technician completes his service he would get the customer signature on JDE PDF Output R48506 or Customized PDF output generated from JDE on his device (laptop/tablet/mobile)

Please let me know how can we meet this requirement?
