Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Hi,

Would like to know what we should in case serial numbers are not showing in serial numbers in Responsibility "Oracle Installed Base Agent User".

However, it does reflect in EMR CSI Install Base User LLLP responsibility

Any setups /Profile option perhaps we should perform in order to view the serials/Instance in "Oracle Installed Base Agent User"?
